DELIVERY AREA

Worldwide shipping. Available options and estimated delivery times are dynamically displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING DURATION

Processing (Fulfillment): usually 1–3 business days after payment receipt.
Delivery time after shipping:

  • Germany & EU: approx. 5–10 business days

  • International: approx. 5–11 business days

Note: In individual cases (e.g., customs, peak season, carrier-related delays) it may take longer.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are transparently displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs/taxes/fees on international shipments are the responsibility of the customers (DDU/DDP depending on the destination market).

SHIPMENT TRACKING

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link/number (if provided by the carrier).

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we charge the costs for reshipping. A refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs, if applicable. We do not deliver to parcel lockers!
